We are a small, family-owned winery in the city of Bolnisi.
In 2015, we – brothers Gurami and Giorgi – decided to revive ancient Georgian traditions of winemaking and make wine in qvevri. Our ancestors have produced wine since 1900, making our endeavour a continuation of our family tradition.
Each member of our family is involved in the business. We learned, worked, and overcame many challenges during this time so that Bolnisi could have its place on the map of Georgian wines as a new and exciting wine region. We produce natural wines: Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Tavkveri, Chinuri, and an experimental wine – Bovi.
Our wines can be purchased in specialised stores and bars in Georgia – “8000 Vintages”, “Georgian Kalata”, “Volver” café and bar. “Brother’s Cellar” Rkatsiteli has been available in Australia for the last two years, with Chinuri-Saperavi added to the selection since Fall.
“Brother’s Cellar” is named among the best small cellars, with our wines getting recognised and praised at various festivals and competitions.
