Nutsa Abramishvili | CEO of “Schuchmann Wines Georgia”
Why Georgian wine
I can proudly and confidently say that Georgian wine has established itself as a competitive wine of world importance. Its geographical location is Georgia, with its ancient culture and an 8000-year-old tradition of winemaking, which means we had our 8000th vintage in 2022. This long journey that signifies the continuous tradition is truly astonishing and a source of pride for any Georgian. Ancient Georgian traditional qvevri winemaking method being listed on UNESCO’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity further proves the uniqueness of the tradition. There are few countries like ours and I am very proud to be involved in the craft of national importance that will be passed down to generations to come.
What makes Schuchmann Wines unique?
