Everything started with Villa Mosavali’s founders’ goal to create a place where the best quality wine is made and enjoyed in a beautiful environment. Our vision to blend heritage with the best modern practices resulted in the production of outstanding wines and spirits.
Winery Mosavali, the heart of the Mosavali brand, embodies generations of family tradition. Dedicated to crafting wines exclusively from grapes nurtured in its own vineyards since 2018, across 40 hectares of carefully tended land in prime regions like Kakheti and Kartli, we grow different types of grapes like Saperavi and Rkatsiteli. From these vineyards, we produce 100,000 bottles annually, each embodying the essence of Georgian viticulture, which we sell in Georgia and export to countries like the USA, Germany, and Japan.
Our award-winning wines are the result of a unique terroir and the application of traditional knowledge, scientific learning, rigorous testing, and modernized winemaking practices. We utilize non-corrosive materials, as well as oak barrels and Georgian traditional “Qvevri” clay vessels. Our winemaking process prioritizes preserving the fruit’s natural flavors.
The underground aging cellar, located 4 meters underground, creates perfect temperature and humidity for aging wine. Wine is stored in French oak barrels, giving it a unique character expressed in its long-lasting aftertaste and well-balanced flavor. Guests can appreciate exclusive on-site wine tasting opportunities at our wine aging cellar, offering a variety of palates and stories about wine production.
Complementing the excellence of Winery Mosavali is Villa Mosavali, a luxurious retreat designed to offer guests an immersive Mosavali experience. Whether your visit is for business or leisure, Villa Mosavali offers everything you need for a rejuvenating getaway. Our resort boasts 26 standard rooms, 2 deluxe suites, and 3 family rooms, all meticulously designed to ensure your comfort. Additionally, guests can unwind by our pool, dine at one of our restaurants featuring a range of culinary delights from European cuisine to traditional Georgian dishes, or simply relax at our Pool Bar with cocktails and a variety of our exquisite wines.
