In the heart of Paris in the early 2000s, a group of musicians initiated a musical fusion that reshaped the boundaries between jazz and funk. Electro Deluxe was born. This daring French group dared to marry the freedom of jazz with the synthetic sounds of electronic music. Their journey began in 2001 when drummer Arnaud Renaville, saxophonist Thomas Faure, bassist Jeremie Coke, and keyboardist Gaรซl Cadoux decided to shake up the jazz scene with their unique vision.

In 2007, Electro Deluxe unveiled their sonic manifesto with the album “Stardown.” This debut showcased a fresh fusion of jazz, funk, and electronics with tracks like “Point G,” an instrumental piece with a distinctive flavor that encapsulates the DNA of their new sound.
