A doctor by profession, Ivane Qistauri brings particular care and precision to the land, the vine, the cellar, and the winemaking process. QISTAURI is represented on the market with wines crafted from Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Saperavi grapes. The Rkatsiteli comes from the village of Dzveli Anaga in the Sighnaghi region, the Saperavi is grown in Kardenakhi, and the Mtsvane in the village of Manavi. All three vineyards are farmed organically.
Ivane’s marani, located in Tbilisi, houses 11 qvevris. He produces his wines from Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, and Mtsvane grapes using the traditional Georgian qvevri method.

ენთუზიასტი მეღვინე ივანე ქისტაური პროფესიით ექიმია, ამიტომაც მიწასაც, ვაზსაც, მარანსაც და ღვინის დაყენებასაც განსაკუთრებული ყურადღებითა და სიზუსტით ეკიდება. ადგილობრივ ბაზარზე წარმოდგენილია QISTAURI-ს ღვინოები – რქაწითელი, მწვანე და საფერავი. რქაწითელის ვენახი სიღნაღის რაიონის სოფელ ძველ ანაგაშია გაშენებული, საფერავი – კარდენახში, მწვანე კი სოფელ მანავში. სამივე ვენახის მოვლა ორგანული მეთოდით ხდება. ივანეს მარანი თბილისში აქვს, 11 ქვევრით. ღვინოებს რქაწითელის, საფერავის და მწვანეს ყურძნის ჯიშებისგან ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით ქვევრში აყენებს.

A dry amber wine with velvety tannins and bright, pleasant acidity.
